Chino Hills CA senior Lauren Jauregui and freshman Jenna Gallegos helped the Huskies finish 11th with 236 points at the 72nd Mt. SAC Invitational in Walnut, Calif. Jauregui placed 23rd, covering the 2.93-mile course in 18:41.5, and Gallegos took 39th in 19:15.3 for Chino Hills, which ran its first race since junior Jacqueline Duarte suffered a torn ACL in her left knee that will sideline her for the remainder of the season. Chino Hills is preparing to defend its Baseline League title Nov. 5 at Glen Helen Park in San Bernardino, Calif.
