Flintridge Prep junior Sophie Gitlin and sophomores Sasha Codiga, Jenna Mijares and Caroline Wreszin helped the Rebels win their second straight Division 5 girls sweepstakes title at the 69th Mt. SAC Invitational. Gitlin covered the 2.93-mile course in 18:37.9 to place third, Codiga took fifth in 18:49.6, Mijares finished eighth in 19:06.9 and Wreszin improved nearly four minutes from last year to secure 23rd in 20:50.4 for the Rebels, who posted a 45-86 victory over Francis Parker.
